Department: Logistic Department
Location: Shang Hai
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Developimplement SG Inventory Forecasting System, including establishment & implementation of safety inventory volume, especially on fasting-moving items； speed-up inventory turnover.
Effectively lead the supply chain organization for the company, including stock management, customer service,transportation/delivery.
Stock Management: Be responsible for the organizationadministration of the warehouse-receive goods,record the goods flow on accuracytimeliness basis.
Delivery & Customer Service: Evaluate 3Pls performanceestablish the KPIs for quality standard； ensure goods delivery processes to customers is most cost effective,
meeting all SG standards fulfilling customer service.
Supportchampion leveraging of customer service standards to minimize costwithin budget while increasing organizational strengthscompetitiveness.
Provide front line support during emergency responses.
Establish the Logistic Reporting Systemsubmit reports on a monthly basis.
Lead SG logistic pan-China across officesprovide technical support to SG logistic professionals.
