Develops, coordinatesdirects a variety of C&B programs, Performance Management.
Responsible for C&B servicesPerformance Management.
May supervisetrains C&B administrators.
Responsibilities Include:
Manages a C&B sub-functional area including performance management, compensation structure & rewarding system.
Developsadministers compensationbenefits policiesprocedures.
Collectsmaintains C&B informationPerformance management like market practicegovernment regulations.
Conductsparticipates in salarybenefits surveys.
Supervisestrains C&B, Performance management administrators.
职位要求:
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree with major in Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Commerce, Statistics, etc.
Over 3 years working experience in C&B function
Fluent English both in oralwritten
Be flexible to have Business trip
Skilled in MS office software (excel, powerpoint, etc)
Basic knowledge on database
Basic knowledge on C&B, Performance management
