Department: Marketing Department
Reports to: Managing Partner
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the whole marketing activities, I.e: brand building, market researchintegrated-marketing functions
Develop implement/evaluate brand activities including the development of promotional activities, advertisingmerchandising
Obtain market share by developing marketing plansprograms for key brandsdirect promotional support
Conduct marketproduct research then analyseinterpret the data for development of effective marketing strategies; maintain research data base by identifyingassembling marketing information
Understand market/competitor intelligencepropose reactions. Coordinate with the sales teams in developing the appropriate marketing strategies
Maitain contactsexchange of information with regional operations on marketing issues
Participate incontribute to the budgetbusiness planning cycle
Supervise the project to establish Company website
Complete marketing department operational requirements by schedulingassigning employees; develop, maintain, evaluatelead the marketing team pan-China

Education
University degreeabove with fluent written & spoken English. An MBA is a plus
Experience & Requirements
More than 8 years working experience in salesmarketing, at least 3 years management experience
Good technical knowledge of marketing (advertising, media, research, promotion, display, etc.)
Language Skills
At least Bi-Lingual: ChineseEnglish
Other languages a plus
